Cebu City—Anniversaries are opportunities of looking back, making reflections and assessments, measuring the accomplishments and acknowledging individuals who have contributed the attainment of goals.
For the branch, there is no better way to culminate the celebration but to recollect the highlights and milestones of the board for the past 31 years.
This is what Director Edmundo T. Mirasol shared during his brief presentation of the board’s evolution since its creation in 1987 where NCMB is on the forefront to attain stable and peaceful industrial relations in the country in collaboration with social partners.
The momentous event was also commemorated with a eucharistic celebration officiated by the branch’s resident spiritual director Fr. Vic Donceras.
For the clients and visitors, they were treated with a simple snacks.
“Nobody feels isolated when he/she enters NCMB office. Everyone is welcomed irregardless of social status, which is very important in creating good office environment.”, shares Mr. Gary P. Saladores, a new member of the branch family.
“ I felt blessed and thankful to NCMB for the opportunity given to me working for 31 years already and has always been supportive through thick and thin.”, says Ms. Genara V. Buaya, Admin Officer III.
The board also shared the celebration with the DOLE RCC family during the first Monday flag ceremony wherein questions related to NCMB were asked and a token was given out for every correct response.
