Cebu City—The National Conciliation and Mediation Board VII shared a total of 75 toiletry gift packs to the management of Albert Schweitzer Familienwerk Foundation Philippines, Inc. (ASFFPI) in support of the Feeding and Gift-giving Program jointly initiated by the Industry Tripartite Council (ITC) in Education, Hospital and Construction announced Director Edmundo T. Mirasol.
“The toiletry pack includes a piece of soap, toothbrush and three sachets of toothpaste.”, Mirasol said.
According to Mirasol, the endeavor is a replication of last year’s activity but this time with two other ITC councils.
It was during a joint meeting of the ITCs in Education, Hospital and Construction that the feeding and gift-giving program was unanimously agreed.
In 2017, the program was successfully conducted through the efforts of the ITC in Education.
Ms. Martiniana D. Mercado, ASFFPI Executive Director expressed thanks to those who extended their generosity and shared their resources for the cause.
Among the resources given to the orphanage are foodstuffs, toiletries, bath soaps and footwear.
